Online purchase is not open yet. This policy will apply to every order once it is.
Delivery
- Instant download. Reports are PDF files. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the confirmation page shows a download button. There is nothing to ship and no account to create.
- Private link by email. We also email you a private link to your order page, where you can download the report again for 365 days after purchase. Each download button works for 15 minutes for security; reopen your private link to get a fresh one.
- Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder, then write to us with your order reference (or the email address you used) and we will resend the link.
- Thailand Hospital Procurement Map: one PDF report per category (about 18 pages), $249 each, as described on the product page.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the file is defective: it does not open, is corrupted or is incomplete, and we cannot send you a working copy; or
- the report is not as described: it is materially different from its description on the product page, for example it covers a different category or contains a material data error that we cannot correct; or
- you were charged twice for the same report by mistake (we refund the duplicate).
If you prefer, we will first try to fix the problem by sending you a corrected file. Because the reports are digital files delivered instantly, we do not otherwise offer refunds for a change of mind once a report has been delivered, except where the law gives you that right.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@thaitenderatlas.com (or use the contact page) within 14 days of purchase, with your order reference and a short description of the problem.
- We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- After a refund, the download link for that order stops working.
Your statutory rights
If you buy as a consumer and the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or other remedies, this policy does not limit those rights. Most of our customers buy for a business; consumer rights may not apply to business purchases.
