These terms apply when you use Thai Tender Atlas (thaitenderatlas.com) or buy from it. The service is operated by Nordwork Technologies Company Limited, a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID 0775562001067, 38/195 Floor 2 Soi Moo Baan Tangrodfai Fangtawantok ,Phetchkasem Road, Hua Hin, Prachuabkirikhan, 77110, Thailand), referred to below as "we" or "us". By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
Thailand Hospital Procurement Map: digital market-intelligence reports in PDF format, compiled from public open data. Each product page describes what a report covers, its approximate length and its data sources. You pay once per report; there is no subscription and no account.
2. Free samples and emails
Free samples are provided as they are, to help you judge the format and depth of a report. If you ask us to email you (for example when reports become available or a new edition is published), we only send what you asked for, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
3. Ordering
You choose a report on the product page, enter your email address and accept these terms, then pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Please check that you have chosen the right category before paying.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and on the checkout page, in the currency displayed (currently US dollars), and are charged once. No tax or fee is added at checkout on top of the price shown. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You receive an order confirmation by email; if you need an invoice or receipt with your company details, email us your order reference and billing details.
5. Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally: you can download the PDF immediately after payment from the confirmation page, and we email you a private link to the same download page. Details, including how long download links work, are in our Refund & Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds
Our Refund & Delivery Policy explains when you can get your money back. In short:
- Thailand Hospital Procurement Map: Full refund within 14 days if the file is defective or not as described.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
7. Accuracy and no professional advice
Reports reproduce public records as published by the source and classify them with care, but they may contain errors or omissions. Listing a company reflects public award records only; it is not an endorsement or an allegation of any kind, and English company names are unofficial renderings. Reports are market intelligence, not legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice. Check important facts and get qualified advice before making decisions that depend on them.
8. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a report, we grant the purchasing person or organisation a non-exclusive licence to use it internally: you may store it, print it and share it with colleagues in your own organisation. You may not resell, publish, redistribute or make it available to the public, in whole or in substantial part. The underlying public data stays subject to its own licence (for example the Creative Commons Attribution licence of data.go.th), which the report credits. The report design, text, classifications and analysis remain ours.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the GDPR.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
