Data & method

Public records, carefully classified, honestly caveated.

Official open data

Thailand's e-GP awarded-contract datasets published by the Digital Government Development Agency on data.go.th under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (fiscal years FY2024 (B.E. 2567) and FY2025 (B.E. 2568), Oct 2023 to Sep 2025).

Classified tender by tender

Every e-bidding purchase title is pre-filtered by keyword and then classified by an AI model into a category and sub-segment; samples are checked by hand. Mixed multi-category bundles are kept out of category totals.

Companies only

Winners are listed only when they are juristic persons (Thai tax IDs starting with 0). Individuals and sole proprietors are never named. No officials' names are included.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Where does the data come from?+

From the e-GP awarded-contract datasets on data.go.th (Creative Commons Attribution), fiscal years FY2024 (B.E. 2567) and FY2025 (B.E. 2568), Oct 2023 to Sep 2025. Each report cites the datasets and explains the method and its limits.

How current is it?+

This is the October 2026 edition. It covers FY2024–FY2025, the most recent complete fiscal years published as open data when it was generated. Thai fiscal years run October to September.

What exactly do I get?+

A PDF report of roughly 15-20 pages for the category you buy, available to download immediately after payment and from a private link we email you.

Does it cover tenders below the e-bidding threshold?+

No. It covers competitive e-bidding purchases, which is how Thai agencies buy most equipment above THB 500,000. Small direct purchases, rentals and service contracts are out of scope.

Is this legal or regulatory advice?+

No. It is market intelligence from public data. The procurement and Thai FDA notes are general background with sources; confirm specifics with a qualified adviser.

Can I share the report?+

You may share it inside your own organisation. Please do not resell or publish it.

What if something is wrong with my report?+

Email us within 14 days if the file does not open, is incomplete or is not as described (for example a material data error), and we will fix it or refund you in full, as you prefer. See our refund and delivery policy for details.
